Delivery Fee

Our fast delivery fee is $12 per order New Zealand wide.

Fast Delivery

We will arrange fast delivery of your gift using New Zealand Couriers. This can be either to you or directly to your gift recipient.

Delivery Timeframes

The daily order cut-off time is 3pm for same day deliveries in the Wellington region or overnight deliveries to all other parts of New Zealand. Rural deliveries may take a further 24-48 hours depending on the location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Conditions

All orders are sent by courier so a physical address is required.

Any wine and spirits gifts must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over.

Replacement Policy

We stand behind every gift that we sell.

If the gift you have purchased arrive damaged or faulty please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes due to availability exact items may vary from those described. Should this situation occur we will replace the out of stock item with a similar alternative that is of an equal or greater quality and value.
