What information do we need, and how is it used?
When you order, we will need to collect your name, mailing & shipping address, payment method, as well as your e-mail address and telephone contact details. This information is used to process payment and shipping of your order as fast as possible, as well as to keep you up to speed with it's progress. From time to time we may contact you regarding up and coming promotions and specials.

How safe is my transaction?
Beautiful Baskets is protected by a strong industry standard 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL), ensuring any information sent through it is safe at all times. The presence of this layer is shown near the bottom right corner of the browser window, in the form of a closed padlock.

Is it safe to send my credit card details?

Your payment details and credit card number are processed online, and in real-time with the ANZ bank. Transactions are sent through a secure server which means that we at Beautiful Baskets or anyone else are unable to access ANY of your credit card details. Again 128bit encryption is used, which is currently the most secure encryption available.

Under current New Zealand law your information is protected as it is being held or transacted by any bank.

Will I receive any unsolicited emails?
No. Beautiful Baskets refuses to sell or distribute, the details you provided as our customer. Since we refrain from sharing personal details with any one else you will not receive any 'junk' or 'spam' emails in your mailbox.

So what are these 'Cookie' things?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your hard drive. Most browsers are by default setup to accept "Cookies" and these allow us to provide you with additional shopping features such as 'details of my last order'. None of our "Cookies" contain any personal identifying information. All that they contain is a session ID which allows us to keep track of what you are adding to your cart.
